Making games is not our mission or our journey. It is our craft and we take a big amount of pride in it. We give our hearts and souls developing fun games and crafting memorable experiences. We love designing novel gameplay and building awe-inspiring fantasy worlds. We are also big fans of smart strategies and clever puzzles.

We wanted to be part of a team that explores bold ideas and takes creative risks. We wanted to feel respected and for our voice and opinion to be heard. We wanted to earn well without crunching and being stressed all the time. And since such a job was more or less impossible to find in the AAA industry…

We decided to build it together!

Zadruga is based on the principle of "one for all and all for one". It's a team in which everybody cares for each other. A team in which people feel they belong to, in which they want to rather give than take, in which they carry the flag if needed and share the spoils when the time comes.

Oh, yes… and above all… a team that is able to make great games!
